Canada Greener Homes Grant
Grants up to $5,000 towards the upgrade of Insulation, Windows, Air Sealing, Water and Space heating equipment.

Canada Greener Homes Loan
10 year interest free loan up to $40,000 for approved home energy upgrades.
Please note, this program is closed to new applicants
Loans are available to homeowners who undertake retrofits identified through an authorized EnerGuide energy assessment. In combination with available grants through the Greener Homes Grant program.
The loan would help eligible participants make deeper, more costly retrofits that have the biggest impact in reducing a home’s environmental footprint and energy bills.
CMHC Eco Plus
Get a partial premium refund of 25% if you’re CMHC insured and have an energy efficient home.
Energy Efficient Housing Program
Rewards home buyers purchasing energy-efficient homes or making energy saving renovations with significant savings.
Energy-Efficient Advantage Program
To support initiatives that promote environmental consciousness and its ongoing protection, get a 25% refund on the Canada Guaranty mortgage insurance premium for qualified borrowers purchasing an energy-efficient home or making energy-efficient upgrades.
