Edmonton Home Energy Retrofit Accelerator (HERA)

Edmonton’s HERA program helps homeowners understand their home’s energy efficiency and provides rebates for upgrades of Insulation, windows, Water Heating and Space Heating equipment.

HERA will facilitate home renovations that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, save energy and support local renovation businesses. Program-specific modelling estimates that for every $1 invested by the City of Edmonton in HERA, an average of $8.35 of total economic activity will take place.
